What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, or email.
- Assist members with questions about healthcare benefits, eligibility, claims, billing, and plan coverage.
- Offer clear, accurate, and personalized solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.

What We're Looking For
- College graduate without experience
- college undergrad complete 2nd year with 6 months bpo experience
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and customer service abilities.
- Comfortable using multiple computer applications and navigating various systems.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Previous customer service, healthcare, or BPO experience is an advantage but not required.
