Responsibilities:
Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on endpoint devices (laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV, Access Doors).
Recording IT assets.
Supporting users with IT-related issues.
Ensuring security of endpoint devices.
Managing and configuring network security devices like firewalls and VPNs.
Proficiency in Mikrotik.
Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
Qualifications:
Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Systems, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to work in a team, quick learner, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure.
Experience in installing and troubleshooting PC, laptop, and printer hardware
