Key responsibilities
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledger entries, and reconciliations
Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
Performing bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner
Supporting the audit process by gathering and organising required documentation and schedules
Assisting with tax compliance and the preparation of tax-related documentation
Maintaining financial records and ensuring proper filing and organisation of accounting documents
Identifying and reporting discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial data
Supporting other members of the finance team with ad hoc financial reporting and analysis tasks
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures relating to financial accounting
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
0-3 years of experience in a financial accounting or bookkeeping role
Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy when working with numerical data
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Professional communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment
Ability to work independently whilst seeking guidance when necessary
Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and accounting practices is advantageous
Willingness to develop professional skills and pursue relevant accounting certifications
Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred
