Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements related to Human Capital Management processes, and translate them into effective SAP system solutions.
- Perform configuration and customization of SAP HCM modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
- Support project activities throughout implementation lifecycle, including system configuration, testing (Unit Test, SIT, UAT), and go-live support.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, business process documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and provide timely resolution for production support tickets.
- Ensure system configuration aligns with company policies, HR regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancement projects.
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA), and Payroll.
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- At least one full-cycle SAP implementation experience or minimum 2 years of support experience. Experience in SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP HCM certification is an advantage.
