Talent Acquisition (Intern)

About the role

PT. Milenial Solusi Internusa is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team. This is a contract-based internship position based in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and helping to identify and attract top talent to join our organisation. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment, employer branding, and talent management whilst contributing to the success of our growing company.

Key responsibilities

1. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks

2. Review and analyse CV submissions to identify potential candidates who meet role requirements

3. Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring managers

4. Conduct initial telephone or video screening calls with prospective candidates

5. Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems with accurate information

6. Prepare candidate documentation and interview materials for hiring managers

7. Assist in posting job vacancies on internal and external recruitment platforms

8. Support the development of job descriptions and person specifications

9. Participate in recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities

10. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

11. Contribute ideas and suggestions for improving recruitment processes and candidate experience

What we're looking for

1. Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English

3. Excellent organisational and time management abilities

4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software (desirable)

5. Demonstrated interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or recruitment

6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

8. Proactive approach to learning and professional development

9. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

10. Previous internship or work experience in HR or recruitment (preferred but not essential)
