Le Louvre Patisserie | French Artisanal Bakery & Patisserie – South Jakarta
Le Louvre Patisserie is looking for passionate, disciplined, and hardworking individuals to join our production team.
We are hiring for:
1. Junior Baker
Supporting the boulangerie team in daily bakery production.
2. Junior Pastry
Supporting the pastry team in cakes, desserts, and pâtisserie production.
Main Responsibilities
Junior Baker
Assist in daily bread and bakery production
Prepare ingredients based on recipe and gramation
Support dough mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking process
Assist with products such as bread, brioche, focaccia, sandwich bread, and artisan bakery items
Maintain product consistency under supervision
Keep the bakery area clean and organized
Follow hygiene, food safety, and production SOP
Junior Pastry
Assist in daily pastry, cake, and dessert production
Prepare ingredients, fillings, creams, toppings, and decorations
Support production of cakes, tarts, mousse, choux, éclairs, dessert cups, and sweet treats
Assist with glazing, piping, slicing, decorating, and finishing
Maintain consistent product and portioning
Keep pastry area clean and organized
Follow hygiene, food safety, and production SOP
Requirements
Fresh graduate or minimum 6 months–1 year experience in bakery / pastry production
Graduated from culinary / pastry school is a plus
Passionate about bakery, pastry, and French-style products
Willing to learn and follow instructions
Clean, disciplined, honest, and responsible
Able to work early morning shifts and production schedules
Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Good teamwork and positive attitude
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of bakery or pastry production
Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety
Able to follow recipes and gramation accurately
Attention to detail in product shape, size, and presentation
Experience in bakery, café, hotel, or patisserie is a strong advantage
Performance Expectations

Consistent support in daily production
Clean and organized work area
Ability to follow SOP and senior chef instructions
