# QC Supervisor
## Job Requirements
* Male, age 29–35 years old.
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a manufacturing company.
* Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing is preferred.
* Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, surface treatment, and coating quality standards.
* Familiar with quality inspection methods, quality tools, and problem-solving techniques.
* Able to create quality control plans, inspection plans, and corrective action plans.
* Capable of planning, organizing, and monitoring daily QC activities to achieve production and quality targets.
* Experience in handling customer complaints, quality issues, and continuous improvement projects.
* Familiar with ISO 9001 Quality Management System and quality documentation.
* Able to read technical drawings, specifications, and inspection standards.
* Good analytical thinking and leadership skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Able to prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
* Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Purchasing departments.
* Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
## Job Responsibilities
* Develop and implement quality control plans and inspection procedures.
* Supervise incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
* Monitor powder coating quality, including coating thickness, adhesion, appearance, and corrosion resistance.
* Analyze quality data and identify areas for improvement.
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for quality issues.
* Ensure all products comply with company standards and customer requirements.
* Coordinate with production teams to improve product quality and process efficiency.
* Train and develop QC staff to enhance performance and competency.
* Prepare weekly and monthly quality reports for management review.
* Maintain quality records and ensure compliance with ISO standards.
