Job Description
- Responsible on the day to day operation of store
- Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
- Assist other store employees with their work
- Check the products before the opening and closing of the store
- Responsible to achieve sales and improve team
- Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target
- Complete store operational requirements by schedulling and assigning employess
- Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School, from any major
- Having experience minimum 2 years in Supervisory or Managerial role, in retail industry or retail fashion will be an advantage
- Willing to work under shifting schedule including weekend and public holiday (5 days work, 2 day off)
- High energy, possess good customer service and drive in achieving sales target
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and ability maintaining team
- Interested in fashion or lifestyle brand
- Good communication skill
