? Job Title: Enrolment Team Manager
? Location: Bali, Indonesia
? Employment Type: Full Time
? Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the operations and performance of the Enrolment Team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Lead and mentor a team of professionals assisting students in their educational and career goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for complex enrolment and visa cases, ensuring successful outcomes.
Collaborate with admission officers to facilitate smooth enrolment processes and timely submission of documents.
Supervise and improve the visa application process, ensuring compliance with regulations in Australia, UK, Canada, US, New Zealand, and Ireland.
Stay updated on changing immigration policies to provide accurate guidance.
Work closely with other teams to enhance the overall student experience and optimize service delivery.
? Requirements:
Possess full working rights for Indonesia
Proven experience in enrolment, admissions, and student visa processes, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of international education systems and visa regulations (Australia, UK, Canada, US, New Zealand, Ireland).
Strong knowledge of post-study visa pathways, including work permits, graduate visas, and permanent residency options, to provide students with informed guidance on their long-term opportunities.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Willingness to relocate to Bali and work in the office.
