The Diplomatic Technology (DT) Administrator is a member of the DT Customer Engagement team with a security clearance. Administer both classified and unclassified Information Technology (IT) systems ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This involves providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to customers on classified and unclassified systems through multiple channels, conducting system analysis and configuration management, fulfilling tasks requiring sensitive access, and operating systems with a post-wide impact level. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical issues. Assist in network security measures, conduct system audits for compliance, and educate users on information security best practices. Participation in Diplomatic Technology initiatives and fulfillment of other assigned duties round out the role, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to IT administration and support. Requirements:All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a Top Secret security clearance. All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam. The selected candidate must be available to begin work within one month of receiving agency authorization and/or required clearances/certifications. Failure to meet this timeline may result in the withdrawal of the offer of candidacy.
