TASK AND DUTIES
Risk identification and mitigation through robust test planning, analysis, and accurate work/resource estimation.
Design and execute test cases for web applications, and mobile applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to identify and resolve issues.
Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and functionality.
Track, document, and manage risks and issues throughout the testing lifecycle.
Work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless delivery.
Align testing efforts with business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
Providing input into improving testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Document and track bugs and issues clearly and effectively.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Moderate ability to code (e.g. Javascript, Python).
A strong understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
A proactive attitude and the ability to adapt when required.
Eye for details and the ability to anticipate potential issues, identify edge cases, and propose efficient solutions.
Strong knowledge in automated testing tools: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, TestNG, and similar frameworks.
Strong knowledge in API testing tools such as Postman, Apidog, or Jmeter, and the ability to validate data flows and system interactions effectively.
Strong experience conducting both functional and non-functional tests, including performance, load, stress, and security testing.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and their integration with automated tests.
