About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven, ambitious, and leadership-oriented Operations Lead who will work directly under the General Manager and undergo intensive training in operations management, people leadership, client relations, and business process improvement.
This role is designed for individuals with strong leadership potential who aspire to grow into an Assistant Operations Manager position. The successful candidate will gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of operations while supporting the General Manager in overseeing client accounts, workforce management, process optimization, and organizational growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the daily activities of operations supervisors and their teams.
- Ensure operational goals, service levels, and productivity targets are consistently achieved.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to operations supervisors.
- Develop and implement operational processes, standards, and best practices.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet business needs.
- Resolve complex operational issues and escalate critical concerns when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to improve workflows and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for management.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and succession planning for supervisory staff.
- Manage employee performance, address disciplinary issues, and foster a positive team culture.
- Participate in strategic planning and execute operational initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations and major incidents.
