Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering or related fields (having experience min. 2 years as QC in electrical panel manufacture is a pluss)
Strong understanding of LV/MV electrical panels, assembly, wiring, testing (FAT), and production workflow.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively and work under project deadlines and production targets.
Familiar with production planning, cost control, quality management, and occupational safety (K3).
Responsibilities:
Plan, supervise, and control the entire panel production process, including assembly, wiring, Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and delivery.
Coordinate and manage production teams, technicians, and helpers to ensure operational efficiency.
Ensure all production activities comply with engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor the utilization of materials, equipment, and manpower while coordinating with Procurement, Project, and Quality Control teams to ensure efficient operations and on-time project completion.
Identify and resolve operational issues while implementing corrective actions, improving production performance, and controlling operational costs in line with the project budget.
