MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a
timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Manager to ensure
fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting
department's sales targets.
· Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for
capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when
required.
· Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment to
improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This
includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.
· Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued
in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.
Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to standards and recommend repair and servicing as and when required.
· Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge as well as to meet industry's EHS statutory requirements in carrying out related field activities.
· Operate the service vehicle safely and adhere to all driving regulations. When in possession of the company vehicle after work hours, you are expected to be available for emergency service calls as needed.
Functional Role / Secondary Function

· Conduct pre-delivery inspections.
· Perform basic product training for operation and checking and maintenance.
Priorities
· Effectively diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and recommend
precise corrective actions.
· Identify specific actions to improve market share, operational efficiency, and
innovation.
· Ensure that the KPIs outlined in the GO contract are diligently adhered to and
consistently met.
· As delegated by the Service Manager from time to time.
· Recommend appropriate repair procedures and necessary part replacements after
diagnosing the issue to ensure optimal crane performance and safety.
Qualification
· At least a Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical with completion of apprenticeship.
· Vocational or TESDA with NCII, etc.
Experience
· At least same experience in the field applied for.
· 2 years’ experience on mechanical, electrical and hydraulics.
