Membimbing kelas Pilates private maupun grup sesuai standar studio
Memastikan setiap peserta melakukan gerakan dengan teknik yang benar dan aman
Menyesuaikan program latihan berdasarkan kebutuhan dan kemampuan member
Memberikan pelayanan yang profesional, ramah, dan customer-oriented
Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan area studio serta peralatan pilates
Membantu membangun hubungan baik dengan member untuk meningkatkan customer experience
Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan promosi,event atau aktivitas studio lainnya
Memastikan Keselamatan Peserta selama sesi latihan berlangsung
Job Description
Conduct private and group Pilates classes in accordance with the studio's standards.
Ensure that all participants perform movements with proper technique and safety.
Customize training programs based on each member's needs and fitness level.
Provide professional, friendly, and customer-oriented service.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the studio area and Pilates equipment.
Help build positive relationships with members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Participate in promotional activities, events, and other studio-related programs.
Ensure participants' safety throughout each training session.
Kualifikasi
Memiliki sertifikasi Pilates Instructor
Memiliki pengalaman mengajar Pilates minimal 1 tahun akan lebih diutamakan.
Memahami anatomi dasar tubuh dan teknik latihan yang aman.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
Berpenampilan profesional,sehat dan Enerjik.
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan individu.
Qualification
Hold a valid Pilates Instructor certification.
A minimum of 1 year of Pilates teaching experience is preferred.
Have a good understanding of basic human anatomy and safe exercise techniques.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate a healthy, energetic attitude.
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
