Senior Management Administrator

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Senior Management Administrator to work directly with our Management Team. This role goes beyond administrative support, you’ll help coordinate company initiatives, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and play an active role in executing marketing, partnership, and business projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage Management’s calendars, schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
* Prepare presentations, reports, meeting minutes, and company documents.
* Coordinate cross-functional projects and follow up on action items.
* Organize and maintain administrative records and documentation.
* Liaise with internal teams, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders.
* Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, partnerships, and business activations.
* Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
* Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Management Team.

Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative, Office Management, or similar role.
* Strong experience in scheduling, coordination, documentation, and administrative management.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).
* Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
* Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
