We are currently seeking an experienced Finance or Sales Administrative Officer to join our office in Jakarta, Indonesia.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor the daily/weekly/monthly report.

  • Facilitating training / meeting / sales administration duties (For Training or Sales Administrator)

  • Invoice creation, accounts receivable and accounts payable management. (For Accounting Finance Administrator)

  • Cross departmental coordination 

  • Perform other qualified duties as required


 Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a bachelor’s degree, any field.

  • Good command in English (written) and Bahasa Indonesia

  • Require strong experience in facilitating, coordinating training/certification/meeting or sales administration experience, preferably at the similar industry (IT Company)

  • Smart/Highly Intelligence  (MUST) with Strong Communication Skills and Exceptional Continual Improvement attitude with strong sense of responsibility.

  • Have perseverance, helpful, meticulous, self-driven focus to achieve objectives and to be successfully in carrying out their duties, you will need to have a strong work discipline and commitment and used to work in cross functional team.

  • Proactive attitude and have good communication and coordination skills to get things done well in fast moving environment. (Be able to work with minimum supervision).

  • Understanding Requirements/Expectations, going above and beyond, and being a customer advocate attitudes

  • Familiar with MYOB Accounting Software and Coretax application (Specially for Accounting Finance Administrator)

  • Required skill(s): MYOB, Microsoft Office, Creating & Designing Marketing Brochures, Facilitation Techniques and Simple Research Capability
