Responsibilities :
Review, draft, and negotiate various legal documents, including commercial contracts, agreements, legal memorandums, and letters related to company operations.
Handle corporate legal matters for both PT (local entity) and PMA structures, ensuring compliance with public-listed company regulations.
Manage industrial and manufacturing-related licenses and regulatory requirements such as AMDAL, UKL-UPL, operational permits, export–import documentation, and other mandatory submissions.
Support mining legal activities including preparation, processing, and compliance for IUP, RKAB, PPKH, and other mining-related permits.
Maintain, update, and monitor company licensing and corporate data through OSS, including submissions, renewals, and periodic compliance reporting.
Liaise and coordinate with various government agencies such as ESDM, KLHK, PTSP/BKPM, Ministry of Trade, and other regulatory authorities.
Draft and prepare responses or correspondences related to legal matters addressed to the company.
Coordinate with external legal counsel in managing litigation, disputes, or potential legal risks.
Conduct legal research and provide recommendations to management regarding risk mitigation, regulatory updates, or strategic decision-making.
Support cross-division collaboration by providing legal advisory to internal stakeholders and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Monitor deadlines for regulatory filings, license renewals, and compliance submissions to ensure timely execution.
Willing to travel for site visits, regulatory coordination, and business requirements as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Law (Master’s Degree is a plus).
More than 7 years of experience as a Legal professional, with 3–5 years in a Legal Supervisor or Legal Manager role.
Prior experience with law firms, manufacturing, mining industries, or publicly listed companies is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of corporate law, industrial licensing, environmental regulations (AMDAL, UKL-UPL), and mining permit processes.
Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Strong leadership, analytical thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and extended hours when necessary.
Willing to travel for regulatory coordination or site-related matters.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
