Senior iOS Developer (Banking)

Location: Jakarta Pusat

Working Arrangement: Full Work From Office (WFO)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior iOS Developer to join our banking technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing secure, high-performance iOS mobile applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable digital banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift.

Build scalable, secure, and high-quality mobile applications following industry best practices.

Collaborate with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, Backend Developers, and Business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.

Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.

Optimize application performance, reliability, and responsiveness.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.

Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality through clean architecture and coding standards.

Write unit tests and support application testing to ensure software quality.

Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with banking and regulatory standards.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, technical discussions, and agile ceremonies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in native iOS development.

Strong proficiency in Swift and the iOS SDK.

Experience with UIKit and/or SwiftUI.

Strong understanding of MVVM, MVC, or other mobile architecture patterns.

Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON.

Familiar with Git version control and collaborative development workflows.

Experience with Xcode, Interface Builder, CocoaPods and/or Swift Package Manager.

Knowledge of mobile application security, performance optimization, and memory management.

Experience publishing or maintaining applications on the Apple App Store is an advantage.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry.

Familiarity with secure authentication methods such as OAuth2, Biometric Authentication, and Token-based Authentication.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Bitrise.

Knowledge of Firebase, Crashlytics, and mobile analytics tools is a plus.
