ISO SENIOR STAFF

PT NNR RPX Global Logistics Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and driven ISO Senior Staff to strengthen our compliance and quality standards. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our operations meet international standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization. What You’ll Be Doing

1. Act as the Management Representative (MR) to ensure the effective implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) and maintain certification.

2. Ensure the effective implementation and compliance of ISO 9001:2015, AEO, HSE/K3, and Halal Management Systems across the organization.

3. Develop, review, update, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other controlled documents.

4. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, AEO, HSE/K3, and Halal standards.

5. Plan and conduct internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with ISO (9001:2015)/ AEO/HSE/Halal requirements.

6. Conducting vendor and customer assessment as required.

7. Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to drive continual improvement.

8. Deliver training and guidance to employees on quality management systems and compliance requirements.

9. Coordinate with external auditors, certification bodies and regulatory authorities to ensure ongoing compliance and certification.

10. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to ISO 9001:2015, AEO, HSE/K3, and Halal Management Systems.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or ISO (9001:2015), HSE compliance role, preferably in the manufacturing, transportation, or logistics industry.

2. Deeply understand the requirement ISO 9001:2015, HSE, K3 and other relevant quality management standards.

3. Required to have certification of ISO (9001:2015), HSE, Halal.

4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues.

5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.

6. Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.

7. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

8. Mandatory able to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English.
