SPV Production Non-Metal — PT Kapit Mas | Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our Non-Metal Production Area. This role is ideal for a manufacturing professional who combines strong leadership, operational control, problem-solving capability, and the ability to manage multiple production functions in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As SPV Production Non-Metal, you will oversee daily operations across multiple non-metal production functions, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and workforce performance are achieved. You will work closely with Quality, PPIC, R&D, and Production teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate daily operations across the Non-Metal Production Area.

• Manage manpower allocation, productivity, and team performance.

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.

• Monitor production processes and resolve operational issues.

• Coordinate with Quality, PPIC, R&D, and related departments.

• Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Develop operator capability and maintain workplace discipline.

• Monitor operational performance and support productivity improvements.

What We're Looking For :

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

• Minimum 2–3 years experience as Production Supervisor, Production Leader, or similar role.

• Manufacturing industry experience is mandatory.

• Experience leading production teams and managing daily operations.

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work in a target-driven manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in Jewelry Manufacturing Industry.

• Experience managing multiple production functions or large production teams.

• Experience driving productivity, quality, or process improvement initiatives.
