Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal company policies
Handle industrial relations, including dispute resolution and communication with Employee
Monitor employee attendance & payroll coordination
Support organizational development and manpower planning
Oversee office and facility management (building, security, transportation, canteen, etc.)
Manage company assets, inventory, and procurement of GA-related items
Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance (K3/HSE support)
Coordinate vendor management and service contracts
Review and manage company legal documents, agreements, and contracts
Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations (corporate, labor, environmental, etc.)
Manage and monitor all company licenses and permits (OSS, NIB, SPI, environmental permits, Machine license etc.)
Ensure timely renewal and compliance with local and national regulations
Maintain proper documentation and database of all legal permits
Ensure compliance with expatriate regulations and reporting obligations
Coordinate with external agents/visa consultants if required
Supervise export-import activities in compliance with customs regulations
Ensure accuracy of documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL, COO, etc.)
Coordinate with freight forwarders
Ensure compliance with Directorate General of Customs and Excise regulations
Develop and improve SOPs across functions
Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
Experience in Manufacturing company preferred .
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Japanese company experience is a strong advantage .

Willing to be placed at Greenland International Industrial Center (GIIC), Cikarang Pusat
