Job Responsibilities
Responsible for B2B sales of cosmetics/skincare products in the Indonesian market, developing client resources including wholesalers, agents, and brand owners.
Independently manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry, quotation, sample dispatch, negotiation, first order, to payment collection.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly turnover and collection KPIs.
Follow up on customer orders, handle samples, MOQ, tiered pricing, and contract term negotiations.
Collect local market trends and competitor intelligence, and provide feedback for product optimization.
Maintain customer profiles as required, submit daily/weekly reports, and accept performance assessments and elimination mechanisms.
Job Requirements
College degree or above, aged 23 or older, with business-level Indonesian communication skills and basic English communication skills.
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, with proven records of client development and closed deals with payment collection in cosmetics/skincare/personal care industries.
Familiar with wholesale, agency, and OEM/ODM business processes; candidates with convertible client resources are preferred.
Possess independent customer acquisition, deal‑closing negotiation, and risk management capabilities; result‑oriented and adaptable to performance‑based elimination mechanisms.
Familiarity with the Indonesian market or experience with local clients is preferred; able to work onsite in Surabaya.
