Job Description: 
Be the welcoming face of RockStar Academy! As a Greeter Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our students, parents, and visitors, creating a positive and organized experience from the moment they enter our academy. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional front-line service. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Warmly greet all visitors, students, and parents, providing a friendly and professional first impression 

• Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, responding to inquiries, and directing visitors 

• Accurately update and maintain membership data and attendance records 

• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and light reporting 

• Support academy events, promotions, and daily operational needs 

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area 

• Follow academy SOPs and ensure smooth handovers between shifts 

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent required 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 

• Pleasant, patient, and customer-oriented attitude 

• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) 

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed 

• No prior experience required?– training will be provided! 

Preferred (but not required): 

• Previous experience in customer service or administration 

• Familiarity with academy or education environments 

• English communication skills
