Establish, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
Develop, review, revise, and control management system documentation, including Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.
Monitor changes in international standards and regulatory requirements, and ensure timely implementation throughout the organization.
Plan, organize, and conduct internal audits, including Quality System Audits, Process Audits (VDA 6.3), and Product Audits.
Coordinate customer audits and third-party certification audits, ensuring audit readiness and effective communication with external auditors.
Manage non-conformities (NCR), facilitate root cause analysis, and verify the effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization, compliance improvement, and operational efficiency.
Monitor Quality Management System KPIs and prepare reports for Management Review Meetings.
Develop and deliver training programs related to quality management systems, IATF 16949 requirements, and quality awareness.
Promote Continuous Improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, QCC (Quality Control Circle), Kaizen, and Suggestion Systems.
