Gameloft is looking for a passionate and proactive Communication Intern to join our Communication Team in Yogyakarta Studio.

The Communication Intern will support the planning and execution of internal communications, employee engagement activities, PR initiatives, and CSR programs. This role has a strong focus on event organization, coordination and copywriting, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about creating meaningful employee experiences, fostering company culture, and bringing ideas to life through engaging communication.

The internship offers hands-on experience in Employer Branding, Public Relations, and Corporate Social Responsibility within the gaming industry, while also providing opportunities to develop professional communication and project management skills in an international environment.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end employer branding and employee engagement initiatives, from preparation to post-event activities, including but not limited to: Independence Day Celebration, Gaming Competitions, Year-End Celebration, Internal Campaigns & Employee Activities

  2. Assist in organizing and executing CSR activities and events

  3. Manage administrative tasks related to studio clubs

  4. Create and deliver copywriting content for intranet articles email campaigns, internal announcements, and other written to support employee engagement and information sharing

Supporting Responsibilities

  1. Support the Communication Specialist in organizing major employer branding initiatives such as: Studio Anniversary Events, Game/Project Celebrations, Recruitment & Campus Events, Community Engagement Activities

  2. Support the Communication Specialist in coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication processes, successful event execution, and the delivery of communication initiatives that meet studio’s needs and quality standards.


Profile & Qualifications

  1. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

  2. Background in Communication, Public Relations, Event Management, Marketing, Multimedia, or related fields is a plus

  3. Have previous experience in event organization, committee activities, campus organizations, or community projects

  4. Strong interest in Employer Branding, Internal and External Communication, Event Management, and Gaming Industry culture

  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

  6. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  7. Strong coordination and time management skills

  8. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

  9. Proactive team player with positive attitude and willingness to learn

  10. Demonstrates logical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving abilities

  11. Familiariaty with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) is a plus
