About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is an Japanese Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Japanese Interpreter & GA Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and professional interpretation services for meetings, discussions, and communications between Japanese and Indonesian stakeholders.
Bridge communications between Japanese foreign workers and local staff.
Supervise and manage general administrative staff and coordinate their daily tasks and activities.
Oversee facilities management, maintenance and cleanliness standards across office premises.
Handle administrative documentation, record-keeping, and filing systems.
Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage office supplies inventory and procurement processes.
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in administrative matters.
Monitor and maintain office security, access control, and visitor management procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Business Japanese N2 proficiency & High Conversational proficiency.
3 years of experience as GA Supervisor from any Manufacturing industry.
Excellent interpersonal and team management skills, Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst maintaining professionalism.
