About The Company:
The working venue is in East Jakarta.
Our client is a Japanese Food Manufacturing Company. Currently, they are looking for Purchasing Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
Support supply chain order fulfilment process
Assist and maintain company software system on all purchasing master data related to suppliers, pricing, and freight
Process purchase order, samples and maintain order status in company software system
Liaise with suppliers on delivery, forecast, quality reject/claim and shipping/payment term
Assist in sourcing for new suppliers to develop alternative sources
Manage supplier relationships and performance monitoring
Coordinate with internal departments on inventory requirements and demand planning
Conduct cost analysis and price negotiations with suppliers
Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
Business level of English
Min. 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Procurement from FMCG or food manufacturing industry
Good understanding of purchasing processes, supplier management, and order fulfillment
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented, well-organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
