Job Title: Area Executive
Job Summary:
Area Executive is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales performance, inventory management, compliance, and staff development of assigned pharmacy branches within the designated cluster. The role ensures cost-efficient operations, achievement of sales targets, compliance with company and regulatory standards, and effective management of branch personnel to support business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales operation plans effectively and efficiently across assigned branches.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement corrective actions when targets are not achieved.
- Develop strategic operational plans aligned with company goals and performance targets.
- Prepare and implement branch manpower schedules based on operational requirements.
- Prepare Monthly Sales Review Reports and present recommendations and action plans to management
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability across all assigned branches.
- Conduct orientation, coaching, and training programs for branch personnel.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance improvement plans when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Monitor branch revolving funds, cash disbursements, and replenishment procedures.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Branch Operations Lead or management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of experience within the pharmacy, retail, or healthcare industry.
- Experience in multi-branch operations management is an advantage.
