About The Role

We're looking for a Customer Retention Officer who is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. In this role, you'll help existing customers find the best solutions, resolve service-related concerns, and build long-lasting relationships by offering retention and loyalty programs. Your contribution will play an important role in keeping our customers happy and connected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing customers by providing the right solutions and helping them get the best value from our services.

  • Support customers through inbound and outbound communications, especially those at risk of discontinuing their services.

  • Listen to customer needs, identify the best solutions, and recommend products or service packages that match their expectations.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service is highly preferred.

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office.

  • Basic English communication skills.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent service.

  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
