Job Responsibilities 

• Create realistic 3D garment mockups based on artwork and design files provided by customers. 

• Develop accurate 3D apparel visualizations using industry-standard software such as CLO3D, Browzwear, or similar. 

• Convert approved 3D garments into production-ready pattern layouts. 

• Export artwork and graphics into pattern files while ensuring accurate placement for printing and production. 

• Collaborate closely with the merchandising and production teams to ensure designs are technically feasible. 

• Review customer artwork and provide technical recommendations when necessary. 

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, quality, and timely project delivery. 

Qualifications  

• Strong proficiency in CLO3D, Browzwear, Optitex, or equivalent 3D apparel software. 

• Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and apparel production processes. 

• Experience converting 3D garments into production-ready pattern layouts. 

• Good knowledge of graphic placement for all-over printing (AOP), digital printing, sublimation, and custom apparel. 

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or similar tools  

• Able to understand customer artwork and accurately recreate it in 3D. 

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. 

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Experience working with international apparel brands or buyers is an advantage. 

Preferred Skills 

• Knowledge of apparel manufacturing and export 3D into lay out processes. 

• Experience with tech packs and production specifications. 

• Understanding of digital printing, screen printing, embroidery, and heat transfer processes. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
