Job Summary:
The Learning and Development Head leads the company's learning and capability-building initiatives by overseeing training needs analysis, program design and evaluation, training facilitation, and learning materials development. The role partners with business leaders to develop a skilled, high-performing workforce that supports the organization's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct organization-wide Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify competency gaps and learning requirements.
-Design, implement, and evaluate learning programs, leadership development initiatives, and competency-based training interventions.
-Facilitate in-house training programs, workshops, orientations, and leadership development sessions.
-Develop and maintain training materials, modules, facilitator guides, presentations, and other learning resources.
-Establish training effectiveness measures and recommend continuous improvements to learning programs.
-Partner with business leaders in creating development plans that support organizational goals and workforce capability requirements.
-Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth throughout the organization.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
-At least 7 years of progressive Learning and Development experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
-Mandatory experience in the Construction and Real Estate industry.
-Strong expertise in: Training Needs Analysis, Training Design and Evaluation, Training Facilitation, Learning Materials Development, Leadership Development and Competency Management
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
-Ability to work collaboratively with leaders across different functions and project sites.
