Indonesian Technical Support Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
1.Provide technical support and product selection/solutions (mainly for Air Handling Units, AHU) based on customers’ daily inquiries.
2.Prepare quotations and cost analyses, and lead negotiations to close project sales.
3.Maintain project lists, prepare sales forecasts, and compile periodic reports.
4.Achieve assigned sales targets for designated markets and customers.
5.Release project orders to production planners and factory representatives to support the manufacturing process.
6.Develop, build, and maintain relationships with both existing and new customers.
7.Conduct product presentations, technical training, and discussions for customers.
8.Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to drive product development and continuous service improvement.
9.Complete ad-hoc assignments as required by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENT:

Candidate must possess at least Professional certificates / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Degree in Engineering studies /HVAC studies.

Candidate with minimum 5years of HVAC working environment.

Familiar with technical key point and solutions for air handling unit is an advantage

Must possess good communication and personal skills, team work, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure, multi-tasking effectively and manage priorities in fast paced environment
