Architect (CANDIDATE MUST BE BALI BASED)

Full-Time | On-Site | Pecatu, Uluwatu – Bali

Join our growing real estate development team and help create exceptional residential and commercial projects in one of Bali's most iconic destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop architectural concepts from schematic design through construction drawings.
• Prepare complete architectural drawings, detailing, and specifications.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Survey, Landscape, and Interior teams.
• Review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress.
• Resolve technical issues during construction.
• Ensure designs comply with local building regulations and permit requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and consultants.
• Review material selections and architectural finishes.
• Support project handover and as-built documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural design and construction.
• Experience in real estate development, villas, hotels, or commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient in:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Revit (preferred)

Lumion / Enscape

Adobe Photoshop

• Strong understanding of construction details and architectural standards.
• Able to prepare working drawings independently.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian building regulations and permitting process.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Pecatu, Bali.
