About the role

We are seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our Human Resources team in Demak, Central Java. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting our organisation's human resources functions and contributing to the overall success of our workforce initiatives. As an HR Staff member, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality HR services that support employee engagement, compliance, and organisational growth. Key responsibilities

  1. Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and new employee orientation

  2. Assisting with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, maintaining personnel records, and supporting conflict resolution initiatives

  3. Contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with Indonesian labour laws and regulations

  4. Processing payroll-related administrative tasks, leave requests, and benefits administration

  5. Maintaining accurate and confidential HR documentation and databases

  6. Supporting the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, training programmes, and company events

  7. Assisting with performance management processes and employee development initiatives

  8. Liaising with external vendors and government agencies on HR-related matters as required

  9. Providing administrative support to the HR department and responding to employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner


What we're looking for

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  2. Proven experience in an HR administrative or HR support role, ideally within a technology or fast-paced corporate environment

  3. Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment law, labour regulations, and compliance requirements

  4. Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  5. Proficiency in HR information systems and Microsoft Office applications

  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels

  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity

  8. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to supporting HR initiatives

  9. Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

  10. Preferred: Experience in recruitment coordination, payroll support, or employee relations
