About the Role

As a Content Creator Interenship, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that strengthen our brand presence across digital platforms. You will not only appear as the face of the brand when needed, but also take ownership of content ideation, production direction, and performance optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly creative, strategic, confident on camera, and understands how to turn trends into impactful brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

• Act as brand talent/face for video and photo content (TikTok, Instagram, Reels, etc.) when required.

• Plan, script, and conceptualize engaging short-form & long-form content.

• Analyze content performance and optimize based on insights and data.

• Stay updated with social media trends, especially in beauty/skincare industry.

• Collaborate with Social Media, Marketing, and Creative teams.

• Oversee content production process (shooting coordination, basic directing, editing briefing).

• Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and visual identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or related field.

• Confident and professional on camera.

• Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills.

• Understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms and trends.

• Basic knowledge of content performance metrics & analytics.

• Experience in beauty/skincare industry is a strong plus.

• Portfolio required (social media account or previous work).
