Project Engineer

What you’ll do:

The primary function of the job is managing all the project implementation and services within the country.  

A. Implement all the awarded projects.

B. Manage all the budget and schedule of the project and ensure all is within the scope ad contract schedule.

C. Manage all third parties involve in a project.

D. Exercise a solution all the difficulties in the project activities

E. Collaborate with solution team to work on any dissipate in the scope of project.

F. Monitor all the project works and ensure all the quality is within the acceptance based on the company standard.

G. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:

a. Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking

b. Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS

c. Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements

d. Ensuring the QMS meets its goals

e. Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS

f. Create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in Electrical Switchboards, UPS systems, and Modular Prefabricated Power Train Units / E-House projects.
• Hands-on experience with power distribution systems (switchboards) and power quality products (UPS), ideally gained through an early-career service engineer role.
• Broad knowledge of electrical engineering systems across various industries, including data centers, commercial buildings, mining, utilities, and industrial applications.
• Familiarity with switchboard and panel builder manufacturing processes.
• Working knowledge of IEC 61439 and IEC 62271 standards.
• Knowledge of switchboard and UPS testing, commissioning, and service activities; hands-on experience is an advantage.
• Experience managing Prefabricated Power Train Units, including system configuration, structural design, mechanical design, electrical design, and HVAC design.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and use AutoCAD effectively.
