HR Admin Intern - PAID TRAINING
Job Summary
The HR Admin Intern provides administrative support to the Human Resources team by assisting with employee records management, 201 filing, document processing, and other HR administrative functions. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations while developing organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks within the HR department.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain HR documents and records.
- Provide administrative support for various HR activities and projects.
- Respond to employee inquiries and direct concerns to the appropriate HR personnel.
- Organize, update, and maintain employee 201 files (physical and digital).
- Ensure employee records are complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all employee information and records.
- Assist in preparing employment-related documents such as contracts, certifications, memoranda, and other HR correspondence.
- Monitor completion of pre-employment requirements.
- Assist with attendance and leave documentation.
- Support HR events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Perform other HR-related administrative duties as assigned by the HR team.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and employment documentation.
- Familiarity with office filing systems and document management.
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
