Are you a tech-savvy problem solver ready to take the next step in your IT career? Target Media Nusantara (TMN) is looking for a dedicated Senior Executive, IT to join our team and ensure our digital infrastructure runs smoothly. As our Senior Executive, IT, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, providing critical support to users, maintaining our hardware, and assisting with essential IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver first-level support by diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues for our team.
Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems while maintaining hardware assets.
Keep precise records of IT processes, configurations, assets, licenses, and warranties.
Promote cybersecurity awareness and play an active role in implementing IT upgrades and new projects.
Help configure and troubleshoot network connectivity to keep our data secure and systems integrated.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
Has minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (specifically PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
Hands-on experience with computer hardware repair and troubleshooting.
Is fluent in English (though Mandarin fluency is a big plus!)
Is willing to learn and adapt the newest and latest technological advancements such as AI.
