Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives with at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide exceptional support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or BPO experience is required.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup, depending on business requirements.
