Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representatives with at least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns efficiently, and provide exceptional support while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, accounts, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Meet or exceed key performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and attendance.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

  • At least High School Graduate (Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service, call center, or BPO experience is required.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to work onsite or in a hybrid setup, depending on business requirements.
