CONTENT STRATEGIST

We’re looking for a creative person that is able to develop and implement marketing content strategies that are designed to attract audiences and convert them into leads.

REQUIREMENTS :

• at least 1 year of experience as a content strategist or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related field.
• Having an interest in fashion
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO and social media best practices and KPIs
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Having creativity, strategic thinking, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of branding, messaging, and audience segmentation
• Great leadership skills and ability to work in a team
• Full-time in East Jakarta

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Develop, execute and manage a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with marketing objectives and target audience
• Conduct market research on fashion trends, competitor analysis and audience segmentation to ensure content resonates with the target audiences
• Define content goals, KPIs and performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing initiatives
• Responsible for planning, creating, editing and distributing content across various channels such as website, blogs, social media, email and other digital channels to maximize reach, engagement and lead generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales and product development team to create and deliver high-quality, engaging and relevant content that aligns with our target audience and reflects our brand voice
• Monitor and analyze content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations to improve content distribution strategies.
• Manage and maintain the content calendar and content production workflows. Ensure that all content is up-to-date, accurate and aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone of voice across all content and communication channels
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure that all content reflects the brand image and resonates with the target audience.
