We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Online Listings & Customer Support Specialist to join our growing remote team.

In this role, you'll manage online property listings, assist customers throughout the booking process, and support daily operations to ensure a smooth experience for both guests and internal teams. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy working in a fast-paced digital environment, we'd love to hear from you.


Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and optimise online listings across multiple platforms
  • Ensure listing content is accurate, consistent, and up to date
  • Respond to customer enquiries via email, chat, and messaging platforms
  • Assist customers throughout the booking process and help resolve any issues
  • Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation
  • Support daily operational and coordination tasks
  • Work closely with the team to improve processes and customer satisfaction


Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable using online tools, booking platforms, and digital software
  • Previous experience in customer support, administration, virtual assistance, or digital operations is an advantage
  • Experience managing online listings or marketplace platforms is a plus
