We are looking for an Import Procurement Executive to ensure Import and Procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full import cycle, including international shipping, customs documentation, and logistics coordination (PPJK, SKI BPOM, Halal).
Act as the main point of contact for overseas vendors, resolving discrepancies in orders or shipping delays with professional English correspondence.
Ensure all imported materials comply with local regulations and company quality standards.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations team to forecast and analyse material needs and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
Assist in sourcing and negotiations to local suppliers to meet requirements.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure the approval process is completed in accordance with company regulations.
Prepare compliance reports and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve procurement processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Import, procurement, and compliance.
Strong understanding of Import and procurement processes and compliance principles.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel for tracking orders.
Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang Selatan
