What You'll Do

  • Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients.

  • Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media prospecting.

  • Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to business needs.

  • Build customized proposals and pricing solutions that address customer challenges.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, and closing to account handover.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management.

  • Experience in SaaS, telematics, logistics, automotive, mining, or technology solutions is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new business.

  • Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.

  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a hunter mentality.

  • Able to understand customer pain points and provide consultative solutions.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
