At Doodex, an official Odoo Partner with 10+ years of expertise, currently we have two Project manager and now we looking for the third one to lead a new team with 4 Junior Developers. Specialize in delivering tailored ERP solutions for international clients across furniture manufacturing, agritech, and automotive sectors and more. We are expanding our team and looking for a rigorous, detail-oriented Odoo Project Manager to lead our technical projects with excellence.

Your Role

As an Odoo Project Manager, you will:

• Take ownership of end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.

• Analyze client requirements and translate them into structured project roadmaps.

• Coordinate with developers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

• Monitor project KPIs, and milestones with strong attention to detail.

• Ensure rigorous testing, documentation, and continuous improvement.

• Act as the key link between our clients and our development team, guaranteeing smooth communication and structured execution.

• Strong mathematical or analytical background – you love structure, precision, and problem-solving.

• Proven experience with Odoo (minimum 3 years) in project management or technical leadership.

• Solid expertise in managing complex ERP projects (preferably international).

• Rigor and discipline in planning, reporting, and delivering projects.

• Ability to manage teams and clients with clarity and authority.

• Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus).
