Responsibilities
Visit client stores regularly to support day-to-day HR operations.
Assist with employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel administration.
Monitor attendance and maintain employee records.
Support recruitment activities, including interview scheduling and candidate coordination.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently across stores.
Handle employee inquiries and provide basic HR support.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Coordinate with internal HR teams and store management.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Comfortable traveling frequently to multiple client store locations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Previous internship experience in HR is a plus.
