Responsibilities
- Define and document measurable learning objectives
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learner profiles
- Partner with subject matter experts to validate content accuracy
- Design and develop instructional materials (eLearning, manuals, guides)
- Apply instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM)
- Produce multimedia learning assets (videos, simulations, interactive modules)
- Create assessments to evaluate learning outcomes
- Maintain and update course materials for relevance and accuracy
- Implement and manage content within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in instructional design theories and adult learning principles
- Proficient in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate)
- Experienced with Learning Management Systems (e.g., reNew)
- Skilled in visual design and storyboarding for effective learning experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated project management and collaboration skills
