Key Responsibilities:
Policy Administration:
Processing policy documents, updating policy renewal statuses, and managing case management for client applications.
Operational Support:
Handling daily operational tasks, managing inventory, and ensuring the smooth flow of administrative functions.
Client Interaction:
Responding to client inquiries, providing updates on claims, and assisting with the claims process.
Document Management:
Receiving, tracking, and managing contract documents and other essential administrative records.
Data Management:
Logging accurate data in claims and policy management systems and maintaining thorough records.
Requirements:
High proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must.
Excellent communication skills,self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in customer service or similar roles are a plus.
Previous experience in administration, recruitment support, or a PA role is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills, multitasking and attention to details.
