As we expand into the Australian and wider international markets, we are looking for an experienced High Ticket Sales Closer to join our remote sales team.
The Role
This is a commission-only, performance-based sales role focused on closing high-value property investments ranging from €150,000 to €300,000+.
You will be speaking directly with qualified international investors, guiding them through the decision-making process, and closing deals over phone and video calls.
This role is suited for an experienced closer who is confident handling high-value conversations and working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referral partners
Conduct discovery and closing calls with qualified investors
Build trust with high-net-worth international clients
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Work closely with the founders and sales leadership team

Europe & international investor markets
Compensation
Commission: 3% – 4.5% per closed deal
Average transaction value: €150,000 – €300,000
Estimated earnings: €10,000 – €25,000+ per month (performance-based)
Commission-only structure (no base salary)
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in high-ticket sales (typically €50K+ deals or equivalent)
Strong communication skills and professional English
Experience working with international clients or investors
A structured and disciplined follow-up approach
Confidence in leading sales conversations and closing deals remotely
Background in real estate, investment sales, or similar high-value sales environments (preferred)
This Role May Not Be Suitable If You
Require a fixed base salary
Only have experience in low-ticket or transactional sales
Are uncomfortable speaking with high-value or investment-focused clients
Lack consistency in follow-up or pipeline management
