Registered Healthcare Professionals – Non Patient Facing Roles supporting British Army Recruitment

We’re building a talent pool of registered healthcare professionals to support future opportunities within our Clinical Scrutiny team, helping assess candidates applying to join the British Army.

This is a non patient facing role, ideal if you enjoy clinical decision making, structured work, and independent working, while making a meaningful impact behind the scenes.

About the role:
•Full time, permanent opportunities (37.5 hours per week)
•Home based - with some travel for meetings or CPD events
•Working within a supportive, experienced clinical team

Job Description:

What you’ll be doing

• Reviewing candidates’ medical records and health declarations

• Making clear, evidence?based clinical decisions aligned to military standards

• Accurately completing assessments and documentation on our systems

• Managing a structured caseload and working to daily and weekly targets

• Consistently applying professional judgement within agreed guidelines

What we’re looking for

You’ll be comfortable working in a target?driven environment, typically managing around 8 cases per day, and will bring strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy to your work.

You’ll also have:

• Current UK professional registration (NMC, HCPC or equivalent) with no restrictions on practice

• Post?registration experience as a Nurse, Paramedic or Physiotherapist

• Confidence in making sound, consistent clinical decisions

• Good IT skills and the ability to work independently whilst part of a wider team
